Located 1/4 mile south of Northern Avenue on 19th Avenue, our red brick two story medical office building "7540" is two buildings to the Southwest of the intersection of Morten Avenue and 19th Avenue. We are 1/8 mile north of Orangewood Avenue, and north of Glendale Avenue. Free covered parking is located on the west entrance to our building. The first floor entrance leads right to our suite #101 with easy handicap accessibility.
We are located along the Electric Lightrail with the station at Northern Avenue and 19th Avenue a 5 minute walk. The bus routes connecting to 19th Avenue southbound bus stop is adjacent to our "7540" building. The northbound bus stop is at Orangewood Avenue and 19th Avenue. Various driving services drop off in front of our building with less than 100 feet walk into our ground level front lobby.
From the south: take Glendale Avenue to 21st Avenue, head north, then take a right heading east on Morten Avenue. Our driveway is just before 19th Avenue on the right or south side of Morten Ave. Drive past the first medical office building to our covered parking lot for the 7540 location.
